The budget alignment process begins with establishing clear budget parameters and involves ongoing evaluation of design decisions to ensure they stay within those parameters. In this collaborative stage, you’ll get to see firsthand how different materials and finishes will complement your space. We’ll present options such as tile selections, fabric swatches, paint colors, wall coverings, solid surfaces, lighting, accessories, furniture and other design elements for your consideration and approval. Your feedback will inform our recommendations, ensuring we choose materials that perfectly meet your needs and preferences.

Construction documents are detailed CAD drawings that include information about the project’s scope, dimensions, finishes, hardware, Plumbing fixtures, furniture, ceiling details and custom elements. The design intent is documented in standardized detail drawings with comprehensive notes.

Our objective is to provide your builder with all selections in a clear and descriptive manner, streamlining the purchasing process. This ensures that all purchasing-related tasks are efficiently handled, facilitating smooth progress throughout the project.

Selection Schedules depending on the scope of the project can include, exterior selections, door, window, lighting, cabinet hardware, cabinet, paint, countertop schedules, lighting and more.
